BB is available to customers through the App Store and Google Play (hereafter 'platforms'), and customers purchase BB through these platforms. Since the entire process from downloading to purchasing BB occurs on the platforms, refunds are also handled through the platforms.
To elaborate, since the payment, sales confirmation, and settlement occur on the platform you use, you must apply for a refund directly through the platform where the payment was made. Orders that cannot be refunded by the platform due to the expiration of the refund eligibility period cannot be refunded by the developer either. Please apply for a refund at each platform as instructed below.
Refunds can be requested via the Apple website or iTunes. According to the Apple Service Terms and Conditions, only payments made within 60 days prior to the date of the refund request are eligible for a refund, and partial refunds are not possible.
If within 48 hours of payment, you must apply for a refund directly through Google Play. If 48 hours have passed, the developer can apply for a refund on your behalf, but you must apply within the refund eligibility period specified by the platform to receive a partial refund. Note that according to Google's terms of service, if you paid via mobile phone billing or with a Google Play gift card, partial refunds are not available.
